Terms of Use

1. Parties and scope

These terms apply to everyone ("user") who uses the bulcax platform ("platform") at www.bulcax.com. By using the platform you accept these terms. The data controller is the person who operates the bulcax platform at www.bulcax.com. The data controller's name or trade name and address will be published in this section; until then, you can send all your applications and questions to iletisim@bulcax.com.

2. Nature of the service

bulcax is a price comparison and referral platform. It does not sell products, take orders, take payments, deliver or handle returns. When you want to buy a product, you are sent to the seller's website; the sales contract is made between you and the seller and is subject to the seller's terms, and your rights under the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 are exercised against the seller.

Price, stock, shipping and product information is compiled from sellers and seller pages. We try carefully to keep it current; however, it can be changed by the seller, be reflected with a delay or be wrong. What counts is the information you see on the seller's website at the time of purchase. Not every seller and not every product may be listed.

3. Affiliate links

Some seller links are affiliate links: bulcax may receive a commission from the seller or the affiliate network on purchases made through them. This commission does not increase the price you pay. Rankings follow disclosed criteria such as the total amount including shipping; areas marked "Ad" are paid placements.

4. Membership

Membership is free and open to people aged 18 or over. You are responsible for your account information being correct and for keeping your password confidential. If you notice that your account is being used without your permission, tell us immediately. You can ask for your account to be closed at any time by writing to our contact address.

5. Reviews and user content

Your reviews should reflect your own experience. The following content is not published, or is removed:

• insults, threats, hate speech, discrimination and statements violating personal rights,
• personal data (phone, address, email, etc.),
• advertising, links, referrals to other sites, and reviews that are fake or written in return for a benefit,
• illegal content or content infringing the intellectual property rights of others.

By publishing your review you give bulcax permission to show it on the platform free of charge, without time limit and non-exclusively. bulcax reserves the right not to publish or to remove content contrary to these terms without prior notice, and to restrict the account in case of repeated violations.

6. Prohibited uses

It is prohibited to use the platform for unlawful purposes; to collect data with automated tools without permission and in a way that strains the systems; to try to bypass security measures; to use someone else's account; or to disrupt the operation of the platform.

7. Intellectual property

The bulcax name, logo, design, software and the content prepared by bulcax belong to bulcax and may not be used without permission. Product names, images and brands belong to their owners and appear on the platform only to present and compare the product. Sites, listings and messages claiming to run a campaign, prize draw or sale under the bulcax name or logo have no connection with bulcax; bulcax never asks you for payment, card details or passwords.

8. Limits of liability

bulcax does not guarantee the accuracy of the information sellers provide, the quality of the products or that sellers fulfil their obligations; it is not a party to the sale between you and the seller. Except for cases of intent and gross negligence and cases where mandatory legislation does not allow a limitation, bulcax's liability is limited to the extent permitted by the legislation in force.

The platform is provided "as is"; it may at times be unavailable because of maintenance, updates or technical faults. bulcax reserves the right to change the scope of the service or to end a feature.

9. Changes

These terms may be updated. The current text is published on this page with the date of the last update; significant changes are announced on the site. Continuing to use the platform after a change means you accept the current terms.

10. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Türkiye. In disputes, if you are acting as a consumer, the competent consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts under Law No. 6502; otherwise, the courts and enforcement offices competent under the general provisions, have jurisdiction.
