What is a cookie?

Cookies are small text files saved in your browser when you visit a site. By reading them on your later requests, the site understands, for example, that you are still signed in.

The data controller is the person who operates the bulcax platform at www.bulcax.com. The data controller's name or trade name and address will be published in this section; until then, you can send all your applications and questions to iletisim@bulcax.com.

Which cookies does bulcax use?

bulcax currently uses only first-party cookies that are necessary for the site to work. No analytics, advertising or social media cookies are used; for this reason your consent is not asked for these cookies (KVKK Art. 5(2)(c) and Art. 5(2)(f)). The cookies used:

• commerce_session — keeps you signed in. Duration: at most 12 hours, or until you sign out.
• commerce_resume — takes you back to what you were doing after you sign in. Duration: 1 hour.
• cookie-consent — remembers your cookie choice. Duration: 1 year.
• discovery_entry — carries your search and filter choices to the next page. Duration: 5 minutes.
• comparison_set — remembers the products you added to the comparison. Duration: 1 hour.
• decision_flow — remembers which product you were looking at in the decision chat and when being sent to a seller. Duration: 1 hour.

Seller and affiliate sites

When you are sent to a seller's website, that site and, if there is one, the affiliate network may use their own cookies. Those cookies are subject to the cookie policy of that site, not of bulcax.

How can you change your choice?

You can change your choice with the "Change my choice" button at the bottom of the page. You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings; however, if you block the necessary cookies, some features such as signing in will not work.

If analytics or advertising cookies are used in the future, this policy will be updated and those cookies will be used only after you give your explicit consent.
